Billboard Music Awards: Fashion Watch
The 2011 Billboard Music Awards took place in LA last night. The music industries best and hottest stars hit the red carpet last night with some spectacular fashion items.

Kelly Rowland in Pink Herve Leger bandage dress.

Michelle Williams sequined top with fringed skirt.
Nicole Kidman i would not say this is the best black dress of the night, but i always think she looks good, so she can get away with it.
